The blade is oriented to the left of the motor and the handle is positioned at the rear of the saw to optimize line of sight while cutting. It is perfect for cutting oriented strand board (OSB), plywood, hardwoods, dimensional lumber and flooring. the rafter hook allows to easily hang saw without damaging the front handle or base. The DEWALT DCS577B electronic blade brake stops blade quickly for safety. Onboard blade wrench storage offers added convenience while changing blades.
